The materials feel decent enough, but my gut reaction was that a few parts seem thinner than I’d expect for the price. It’s not bad, just not quite as solid as I was hoping

I ordered a jacket from jian.london, and it’s kind of in the middle for me. The fabric feels nice and most of the stitching looks neat, but one of the buttons was already loose when it arrived, which was a bit annoying.

For the price, I thought it would feel a little sturdier. It looks fine on and I’ll still wear it, but it doesn’t give me that “this will last for years” feeling. Weirdly, I remember the package had this tiny blue thread stuck to the tape, which somehow stood out more than it should have.

Shipping was... fine, I guess. I ordered from Jian London and it took a little longer than I expected, but it did show up in good condition. The tracking updates were kind of slow too, which was a bit annoying. Not a bad experience, just average for me.

Well... the delivery experience was kind of a letdown. It ended up being late twice, and I didn’t really get clear updates along the way, which made it frustrating.

When they finally replied, they were polite and answered what I’d asked, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just came away feeling like the customer service could be much quicker, because that first delay really stuck with me...

Communication was fine, but not always clear. I had to follow up a couple times for updates. Bit annoying. They did get back to me eventually, just slower than I expected.

I was a little worried I’d feel trapped with colors that didn’t look right once they arrived, but the photos matched really well. The colors looked pretty much like they do in real life, so I was relieved.

I went with my usual size and, at least for me, it fit nicely—not too tight and not weirdly loose. I can’t say if the sizing is perfect across the board, but my order turned out better than I expected. Online sizing is always kind of a gamble, so this was a nice surprise.

I wore these all day and expected my feet to be at least a little sore by the end, but they felt totally fine. For me, that’s usually the sign of a good pair of shoes—comfortable enough that I don’t really think about them while I’m wearing them.

In the end I did get my money back, but the whole thing was slow and frustrating.

Overall, it looks good and you can tell there was some effort put into the craftsmanship. That said, the finish kind of feels rushed to me. It’s not terrible or anything, and maybe that’s just how it’s supposed to look, but I expected it to be a little cleaner. I still like it, just wish the final details were done better...
